The call
Exceptions are where freight operations earn their keep. We are acquiring the case record: what went wrong, who was contacted, what options were weighed, and how it closed. Message logs between the operator and the carrier or customer are valuable where they can be shared.
Bulk submissions from freight forwarders and 3PLs are welcome under a firm agreement.

Shipper, consignee and carrier names replaced. Container, AWB and tracking numbers removed. Lanes may stay at the port level.
