The call
A good handover compresses a day of clinical reasoning into a page. We are acquiring these from inpatient, emergency and intensive care settings, with the clinician's assessment and plan intact.
This call carries a stricter de-identification standard and requires an attestation on every file. Read the Rights section before submitting.
What qualifies
- Written by the handing-over clinician
- De-identified to the Safe Harbor standard, with the contributor's attestation
- Specialty and care setting stated
What is excluded
- Any file with a residual direct identifier
- Pediatric and psychiatric handovers
- Handovers from research protocols
De-identification
All eighteen Safe Harbor identifiers removed. Ages above 89 collapsed. Dates shifted by a per-contributor offset.
Review
Every file is checked for residual identifiers by an automated pass and then by a clinician. Files with any residual identifier are rejected and the contributor is notified.
Rights
Full license transferred to Gridfile at acceptance. Institutional agreement required; individual clinicians may not submit under a personal agreement for this call.
