The call
Adjuster notes are terse, structured by habit, and full of the judgment calls that decide whether a claim is fair. We want them as written, with the reserve decision and its later revisions if any.
Photograph captions are useful; photographs are not accepted under this call.
What qualifies
- Notes from closed claims, 2019 onward
- Reserve set and final settlement recorded
- Written by the adjuster of record
What is excluded
- Claims involving injury to a minor
- Open claims or claims in litigation
- Notes without a recorded outcome
De-identification
Remove claimant, insured and witness names, addresses, plate and VIN numbers, and claim numbers. Amounts may stay.
Review
Sampled by a claims supervisor. Bulk submissions are spot-checked at 10 percent.
Rights
Full license transferred to Gridfile at acceptance. Firm agreement required for submissions above 200 files.
