The call
The review markup is where structural judgment is transmitted: a senior engineer reads a calculation and writes what is wrong, what is unclear, and what is acceptable. We are acquiring packages with the review and the resolution together.
Paid by the hour of accepted work, logged per package.
What qualifies
- Packages from permitted or constructed projects
- Review comments by a licensed engineer
- Resolution recorded per comment
What is excluded
- Packages from projects with an open claim
- Comments without resolution
- Nuclear, dam and other critical infrastructure
De-identification
Project, owner and firm names removed. Locations to the city level. Stamps and signatures redacted.
Review
Sampled by a licensed structural engineer.
Rights
Full license transferred to Gridfile at acceptance. Firm agreement required.
