The call
RFIs are where a drawing set meets a site. The question is specific, the answer commits the design team to a position, and the thread often reveals what the drawings failed to say. We are acquiring complete threads from substantially complete projects.
Drawing references should be kept; the drawings themselves are not part of this call.
What qualifies
- Threads from projects that reached substantial completion
- The full chain from question to closed response
- Discipline stated: architectural, structural, MEP, civil
What is excluded
- Residential single-family projects
- Threads that reference an active claim or dispute
- Threads without a closed response
De-identification
Remove project name, address, owner and firm names. Drawing sheet numbers may stay.
Review
Sampled by a licensed architect. Threads are checked for completeness.
Rights
Full license transferred to Gridfile at acceptance. Firm agreement required.
